Securing planning permission is never easy, however we have made over 300 successful planning applications, including dealing with bodies such as English Heritage and Sport England. Securing those permissions is a fundamental part of our service, it is something we assume to be our responsibility. For most projects, it is likely that you will need planning permission. Our drawings are suitable for use as part of a planning application and we would be happy to administer the process on your behalf and act as your agent. Our Architectural Technicians have experience in both Domestic and Commercial works. We also offer a full Design and Build Service to our client which ensures a fixed price from the design stage to completion.
